Throughout my career I have made significant efforts to keep in the forefront of change. I believe I have the length and breadth of experience to simply explain and present a balanced view on the "extraction/non extraction" debate.
Early referral of children before the loss of the last baby molars is recommended. Treatment can then be planned so that valuable space, if required, is not lost. Advantage can then be taken of the natural growth spurts to best achieve our aim: a pleasing arrangement of the teeth in harmony and balance with the face.
